Born and raised in the San Francisco Peninsula, Briani Phelps is a true Mid-Peninsula native. Growing up, Briani was encouraged to embrace three main core values – values she carries into her professional life to this day: Respect, Integrity, and hard work.
Briani’s first Real Estate position was in the Commercial Property Management field where she had the opportunity to learn about Commercial rents, regulations, and tenant or landlord rights. Ultimately, however, her career segued into her true calling – Residential Real Estate when she joined The Watson-Marshall Group of Compass Realty – one of the top Real Estate teams in the nation (per the Wall Street Journal). Her current position as Salesperson or Marketing Manager allows her the opportunity to represent home sellers and home buyers personally while helping craft the cutting-edge marketing platforms used by the group.
Briani strongly believes that each client deserves complete attention and focus on every aspect of their business. With that in mind, The Watson-Marshall Group along with Compass supports her with the information she needs to best serve each and every client. From negotiation skills to marketing insights, Briani is well versed in how to assist her clients in making the best Real Estate decisions. In her free time, Briani enjoys traveling, time with family or friends, and her dog – Riley. She is also passionate about dance, acting, and cosmetology.
